INDIANA-ARMSTRONG
BUILDERS
ASSOCIATION
The Indiana-Armstrong Builders Association is dedicated to furthering education in the new uniform building code and how it will affect the builders and sub-contractors in our area. We will be offering seminars and training sessions to members as they become available. These will be produced by the Pennsylvania Housing Resource Center with help from the PBA.
The Indiana-Armstrong Builders Association’s (IABA) 135 members employ more than 2,500 employees across two counties.
The IABA is pleased to be an active supporter of the vocational-technical schools in both counties and the local chapters of Habitat for Humanity.

2021
VIRTUAL SPRING HOME SHOW
The 2021 Spring Home was an interactive-virtual show reflecting the trends & styles in home building and remodeling.
Guests were able to visit local vendors online from any mobile device or computer. 2021 became synonymous with “virtual events” displaying a flat website of information.
We wanted to do better, so our event was interactive and immersive. We moved through our Expo with the click of a button. Users could look in every direction as if they were there, in person!
You can revisit the show, but some videos may no longer be available.
About Us

We pledge to the following principles and policies:
Our paramount responsibility is to our customer, our community, and our country.
Honesty is our guiding business policy.
High standards of health, safety, and sanitation shall be built into every home.
Members shall deal fairly with their respective employees, subcontractors and suppliers. As members of a progressive industry, we encourage research to develop new materials, new building techniques, new building material equipment, and improved methods of home building, to the end that every home purchaser may get the greatest value possible for every dollar. All sound legislative proposals affecting industry and the people we serve shall have our informed and vigorous support. We hold inviolate the free enterprise system and the American way of life. We pledge our support to our associates, our local, state, and national associates and all related industries concerned with the preservation of legitimate rights and freedoms. PBA Workers’ Compensation Program Info:
The PBA Workers’ Compensation Program is an alternative market program established by the Pennsylvania Builders Association in 1999 to help members leverage their group buying power to save on workers’ compensation costs. The program is only available to association members and since inception has grown to nearly 600 accounts with almost $9 million in premium volume.
PBA Workers’ Compensation program participants don’t:
- Experience large surprise audits
- Pay the same high work comp premium when business is slow
- Burden operating cash flow with a large down payment of premium
PBA helps businesses compete with the parallel pay® program offered, allowing members to pay insurance premiums as they go, automatically through payroll service or manually as they pay employees.
MEMBER BENEFITS
We encourage members to sign up for NPP discounts. You’ll find business discounts and even deals for your employees. You and your employees can sign up for free with no obligation to buy.

Business Growth Partners specializes in helping builders, remodelers, and associate members grow, systemize and streamline their businesses and, in the process, help them increase their bottom line. They work only with builders association members – they do not work with the general public. Their Business Diagnostic Plan of Action (BPA) Creation Process requires you to invest a few hours of your time over the course of a few weeks as Growth Partners does their analysis to create and deliver your BPA. Your BPA/Strategic Plan will be provided to you at the end of this process and will include a “de-brief” where they identify and explain their findings to help you get the most out of your business. Once the team at Growth Partners delivers your BPA, you may be eligible for additional coaching services.
